The Huludao ECO Project is located in Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. It is designed to handle hazardous waste with a processing capacity of 92,500 tons per year. The facility is capable of treating all 43 major categories and 437subcategories of hazardous waste, excluding medical waste, explosive waste, and polychlorinated/polychrominated biphenyls. The project was put into operation in the first half of 2022.
